We are so excited to have recently finished a brand-new venue in Brush Creek, TN. An interstate drive of forty minutes from Nashville International and forty-five minutes from Downtown Nashville, our natural setting is second to none. We chose a location on our forty-five acres of paradise that provides beauty and privacy and built a multi-use structure that will create lasting memories. We have assembled a team that will ensure a carefree, hassle free experience. Our vision is to share our piece of paradise with you. Whether you are planning a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or your dream wedding, we would appreciate the opportunity to be a part of making your dream become reality!

We made the conscious choice to keep it simple. We invested more than two years researching different venues. Often, there is multi-page rental agreements that we read that made our eyes blur and our heads hurt. We created one overarching thought: please be our guest. All we ask is that you be a conscientious and gracious guest.

This is a great facility with unlimited potential. Imagine a group of scouts learning camp craft or a group of song writers enjoying absolute uninterrupted silence as they create new music. Men’s retreats, women’s retreats, teen overnight events; the options are unlimited. If you are a non-profit, we will do our best to make it affordable. If you would like to host a small wedding or baby shower, we will make accommodations and provide an hourly rate. Our goal is to help whatever dream you have come true!
*A non-refundable*** $1,000 deposit is due at the time of booking.
** All funds must be paid in full 30 days before the event and are non-refundable.***
***In the event of cancellation, funds will be refunded if the date is rebooked.
· Daily rental is from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Late departure will incur a $500 charge for each fifteen minutes. (If you would like more time, accommodation will be made on a case-by-case basis.)
· This is our home. We ask you to be a gracious guest by treating the facility with care and respect.
· Alcohol is not allowed unless it is provided by a third-party vendor with license and insurance.
. Please, no smoking or vaping in our building.
. In consideration for those who do not smoke, may we suggest either the parking area or the bonfire area for vaping and smoking.
· There are no kitchen facilities available.
. Tables and chair that accommodate 100 are provided.
· We do not provide linens.
· We expect that all garbage be put in the garbage cans provided.
· You are our guest; we will provide coffee.
· We will have someone available in case you need us. We will provide their cell number and name when you arrive.
· We are an active farm. Please, for the safety of your children and the health of our animals, do not climb in the animal enclosure. You may approach the fence but do not feed the animals without an attendant present.
· It would be helpful to have one responsible adult to manage HVAC and door locks.
· The bonfire will be monitored by an attendant. They are responsible for the fire and will be the only person allowed to add to the fire. This is for your safety and the safety of our facilities.
. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we ask that the facilities be clean and neat before you leave.

. Custom backdrops can be arranged (We have a builder on staff with more than 30 years of building experience).
. OK. One legal statement: the renters or clients cannot hold the owner ligable from suit, actions, damages and expenses, in connection with personal injury, illness, fire, property damage or theft, resulting from the use of any of our facilities. The renter or client agrees to hold owners/representatives/harmless including court costs and attorney fees and any legal action that may result from this event.
